IV Techmould invest in two new injection molding machines

IV Techmould has just installed two brand new 2K 160T Engel injection molding machines to support increased demands from current customers and to support potential new business. The machines have 160 tonnes of clamping force and Engel's W-version for the injection units to minimize the machine's footprint and increase accessibility around the machine, and also Engel's unique tie rodless technology for maximum flexibility in casting dimensions. CEO Fredrik Carlsson comments on the investment:

“We have been running at a very high level of utilization in our 2K injection molding machines for quite some time, and when some existing customers indicated higher volumes from 2017, we made the decision to purchase two new Engel 2K injection molding machines to increase capacity to meet increased requirements for some of our existing businesses, but also to free up capacity for new 2K injection molding.
